Any economic unit whose activity is in a fixed place or a mobile device and which is established by an individual or individuals with a trade license is known as a trade unit.

Article 2-How to deliver objects and documents of general laws

AniYab system has no role in the delivery of the object, receipt of good news and agreements between the finder and the owner. The owner, in coordination with the finder, will receive the goods and make (possible) payment. Aniyab is not responsible for the claims of the parties and the delivery of the object. The finder can receive details of the object in order to verify the authenticity of the owner's claim. Any judicial, administrative or trade union claim in this regard will not have anything to do with the Aniyab system, and the parties will be required to respond.
After receiving or finding his objects, the user is obliged to change or notify the status of the object in any way through the tracking panel. .

Article 3- Contract time

The period of keeping the information of the registered objects (registration-lost-found) active on the Aniyab system is 12 months from the time of registration, and if the wallet is not charged, your user account will be deactivated, but the services will continue and The notification will still exist and in the form of payment of a specific fee, for example, each SMS notification will cost 790,000 Rials for customers who have been notified for more than one year since their membership date.

Article 4- Contract amount

To register or use the services in Aniyab system and Eideh Rooz newspaper, in some cases and products or services, you need to pay a fee. Article 5-Electronic communications

Article 9- Representation
