User / Member: Individual or organization using AiLfc services.

Owner: User registering an item in their name. AiLfc does not verify ownership.

Finder: User reporting an item found. AiLfc cannot confirm authenticity.

Tracking Code: Unique code assigned to each registered item.

Reward: Optional appreciation payment offered by the owner.

Lost and Found Items: Items registered as lost or found.

Media Services: Publication or announcement services related to lost items.

4. Service Scope

AiLfc acts solely as a digital intermediary connecting owners and finders. It does not hold physical items, guarantee ownership claims, or mediate exchanges.

5. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain account security, and refrain from illegal or fraudulent use. Users under 14 require parental consent.

6. Fees and Payments

Some services may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed. Payments are non-refundable once processed unless stated otherwise by law.

7. Electronic Communications

By using AiLfc, you consent to receive communications electronically, including email, SMS, or app notifications.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

AiLfc collects and processes data in compliance with international data protection laws. Personal data is never sold or disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All AiLfc content, logos, and software are protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

AiLfc is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user actions, false information, or external factors.

11. Suspension or Termination

Accounts violating the terms may be suspended or terminated at AiLfc’s discretion.

AiLfc shall not be held responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond its control such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
