Registration: activation of AnyYab code is registered on the site or application or in person by the operators.

The subject of the agreement: the obligation to compensate for the printing of lost advertisements and to pay for the financial loss caused by the photocopying services that are provided to the buyers of the label, the newspaper, which is installed on their documents, and the newspaper according to the terms and conditions of the commitment letter and to the extent specified in the specification table. The obligation of compensation is the obligation to compensate it.

Article 2 - Compensable damages: Ani Yab's responsibility (aniyab) ​​is covered against the following damages:

2-1 The damage of issuing a copy, which is directly due to the loss of documents approved according to paragraph 8-4 of the contract, equipped with a tracking label, compensation due to the lack of documents, is announced and delivered to Ani Yab by presenting an invoice and valid documents according to the letter of agreement.

2-2 The costs of publishing an advertisement in widely circulated newspapers of the contracting party and approved by Aniyab for the public announcement of a missing person.

Note 1- The printing of the missing ad will be done by Aniyab as soon as the loss is announced due to the obligation of compensation, and there is no need for the beneficiary to take action.

Note 2- The cost of printing a missing ad will be paid at the approved amount from the total cost of duplicating minus the remaining amount.

Article 3 - Exceptions: Damages caused by the following factors, even if Aniyab is responsible for them, are not covered by Aniyab obligations:

3-1 Damage caused by not installing the label and registering in the Aniyab system

3-2 Damage caused by not declaring the loss in the instant finder system within 48 hours after the date of loss at most.

3-3 Damage caused by war, revolution, rebellion, strike, disturbance, riot and such political risks.

3-4 Damages to the documents that the possibility of identification and the text on the label have been lost.

3-5 Damages caused by improper installation and commissioning of the product or failure to follow the instructions for its use and commissioning

6-3-Damage caused by concealment or dishonesty in the documents and information provided as determined by the expert of AniYab based on the documents.

3-7 Financial damage caused by power fluctuations or server hacking that happened in the Aniyab system.

3-8 Financial damages apart from the cost of issuing a copy such as accident, illness or death during or after the loss or follow-up of the copy.

3-9 Damages due to the expiry of the term of the memorandum: which is for each instant barcode finder up to one year after the activation SMS.

Article IV - Responsibilities of the compensation payer

4-1 In case of knowledge of defects in the production line or system, mistakes in notification or testing of the final product, take the necessary measures to inform and recall to prevent the consumption and use of the said products and repeating the damage.

Article V - Obligations of the beneficiary

5-1 The Beneficiary is obliged to report the occurrence of any incident that is the subject of this agreement, as well as any claim or demand of consumers and third parties against him that is related to this agreement, immediately and within 24 hours at the latest to Aniyab. to announce

5-2 It is necessary to provide the sales document or the necessary document to prove that the desired product is produced, distributed or sold by Ani Yab.

Note 3: The activation message sent by the Instant Finder system to the beneficiary's phone will be the basis of confirmation as a substitute for the invoice.

5-3 The beneficiary will consider the documents and documents received from AniYab related to the products as confidential and will not make them available to AniYab's competitors.

5-4 The beneficiary must pay the subscription fee in cash or in a way that AniYab agrees. The criterion for payment of the subscription fee is the submission of a receipt or purchase invoice for the collection of the subscription fee by Aniyab.

5-5 He provided the necessary cooperation in the defense of AniYab in the judicial courts.

5-6 The beneficiary must cooperate with Aniyab for the initial and periodic visit and provide Aniyab with all legal documents, documents and claims related to the damage.

5-7 When receiving compensation, a photo of the duplicate card must be presented along with a photo of the previous card that shows the installation of the sticker in a place next to the identity information, so installing the photo, for example, on the back of the end of service card or the back of the passport or Birth certificate or medical service book is not accepted due to the impossibility of exact time of loss and separation.

5-8 The date of the initial registration, the date of the declaration of loss to the instant finder and the payment of the duplicative fee bills will be the basis for deciding on the payment of duplicative compensation.

5-9 All lost declaration documents must be registered on the Aniyab site under the title of lost, and at least once in the newspapers of the Aniyab contracting party, a lost ad must be published, and a copy of the newspaper, including the first and second copies, will be required. .

Note 4: In case of non-fulfillment of any of the duties of the beneficiary in this article, Aniyab will not have any obligation to pay compensation.

Article 6 - Payment of damages:

6-1 The amount of damage caused to the victim (beneficiary) will be determined based on the opinion of the compensation expert.

6-2 The amount of damages will be paid to him or the injured party in compliance with the terms of the agreement and according to the opinion of the finder, and in case of any objection from the injured party regarding the method and amount of the compensation, the finder undertakes without directing and referring the victim to Other authorities are responsible and follow up on the issue of damage if necessary.

6-3 The costs of AniYab's legal proceedings, which are spent for self-defense and non-acceptance of responsibility, are up to 20% of the compensation limit listed in the table of compensation specifications for each incident in the beneficiary's obligation, provided that the sum of the mentioned costs and the amount of the damage It should not exceed the limits of obligations listed in the table of specifications of the agreement.

* Regarding the cost of duplicate compensation, the approved costs of the organizations will be acceptable and payable, and any undefined side costs cannot be accepted and paid due to the impossibility of managing and identifying the compensation provider.

Article 7 - Passage of time:

7-1 The time limit for claims arising from this agreement is one year, which starts from the date of origin of the claim, and after the said time, AniYab has no obligation to pay compensation and the case is considered closed.

Article VIII - Other terms of the contract:

8-1 In cases not mentioned in this agreement, it will be done according to the common custom and other current laws of the country.

8-2 There must be a clear photo without photoshop of all the documents that have a compensation label, and when receiving a copy of the compensation, this photo of the documents is mandatory, and the photo must be attached to the identity information, for example, the label should be placed on the back of the document. Termination of service card or back cover of passport or birth certificate or medical service book or any place where the real identity of the holder of the compensation label is unknown due to the impossibility of exact time of loss and separation is not acceptable for compensation payment.

8-3 From the time of the declaration of loss and the request for compensation, there will be a waiting period of at least 45 days, because based on field investigations, the documents may have been found at the time of the declaration of loss, but have not yet been registered in the organization's data banks, and if within If it is not found within 45 days, the procedure for receiving the duplicate will be done by the beneficiary and the cost of the duplicate will be paid with official paid invoices up to a maximum of 3,000,000 Rials.

Note 5: In the event that a specific amount limit has been set for compensation, but the beneficiary has lost a document and the AniYab system has not found it within 45 days, only the cost of a copy of the same document can be paid if it is 1,000,000 rials, and the limit of the accrual amount is 3,000,000. It will not be considered if several documents are missing and for example the damage limit for a barcode is 3000.000 Rials and the cost of duplicating is 5000.000 Rials, only the same 3000.000 Rials limit will be paid.

Note 6: People who have prepared multiple barcodes will only have one code for each document at each stage, in other words, it is not possible to combine several codes to receive more compensation on a lost document. 8-4 The payment of compensation will include documents and does not include objects, and the following documents are accepted for the payment of duplicate compensation. car license, medical service booklet...)

Note 7: Identity card and entry and exit documents issued by companies and organizations are not included in this plan due to the lack of control in the issuing method.

8-5 - The requirements of printing a missing advertisement in the newspapers of the AniYab contract party that have the conditions for multi-circulation printing will be accepted, and the cost of printing the advertisement in newspapers not a party to the AniYab contract will not be calculated.

8-6 - All the declaration documents to receive duplicate compensation will be printed immediately from the announcement of at least one time and up to the required number of times according to the conditions of the legislator, and will be calculated in the costs and 3000.000 rials will be deducted from the total amount.

8-7 The term of the duplicate compensation payment contract is one year from the date of registration on the site, and if the person wishes to extend the duplicate damages, and at the end of the contract period, a text message announcing the expiration of the duplicate compensation payment period and the link to recharge the code with The relevant fee will be sent and if the membership code is recharged, this contract will be renewed automatically.

8-8 If it is proved in any way that the false facts are reported to Aniyab, the legal unit of Aniyab will have the right to file a complaint against the beneficiary of the plan in the official authorities and receive the damages with legal costs.

8-9 Each bar code of the special compensation plan is a national code and in other words, it belongs to the same national code of the registrant, and putting the compensation plan sticker on other documents of family members and acquaintances will not be any obligation to pay the compensation of those documents from AniYab.

Article 9 - Termination and annulment of the agreement:

Beneficiary and Aniyab can terminate the agreement with a one-month prior written notice. In case of termination by the beneficiary, the membership fee will be used in days, and in case of termination by Aniyab, in the following cases, in days, and in other cases. , will be calculated in short term and the remaining membership fee will be returned:

Article 10 - How to resolve the dispute:
